His career started over 35 years ago as a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer on German cruise lines. Over the tenure of more than 15 years working on cruise lines, he acquired valuable knowledge in his profession as well as gained tremendous experience in customer service. After moving to Canada and completing his education according to Canadian standards, he worked for many years with a leading appliance repair company as a service technician.

Today, as the proprietor of Tri City Appliances Quality Service Ltd., he values honesty, transparency and puts all efforts to give the best service to his customers. He is constantly upgrading himself by learning new skills and gaining more knowledge in the field.
